Delayed for 7 days

Hi mommies, delayed po ako ng 7 days so nag pt po ako yung strip pero negative po yung lumabas. D ko pa po naranasan ang irregular periods or delayed. I usually have my normal period. Bakit po negative? Pakisagot po
