Sarang burung

Hmm, pantang period memang banyak rules kan, tapi honestly I'm not sure about bird's nest during confinement lah. Better ask your gynae or midwife about this one, especially since pantang diet really depends on your own health condition and whether you're breastfeeding or not, air sarang burung ni kan quite specific. A few of my mum friends memang minum during pantang, but they checked with their doctor first, so I'd say the safest is to confirm with yours ya!
