Hindi na maalala ang last day of menstruation

Hello, mommies. Currently on my third trimester and pinaulit po ng OB ko yung bps since may discrepancy sa date ng last menstruation ko. As far as I remember October 2024 po last period ko and hindi ko lang matandaan kung ano yung exact date. Possible po ba malaman sa bps yung supposed date of delivery ko? Hindi po ba ako sesermonan ng sonologist kapag hindi ko po mabigay yung exact date of last period ko? Thanks po, ftm here.

Hala, relatable talaga ito, ako rin hindi sure-sure sa dates ko, di ba ang buhay ng mama chaotic na! The good news is yes, ang BPS (biophysical profile scan) can definitely help your OB estimate your due date more accurately, especially if there's a discrepancy, kaya walang problema doon. Hindi ka sisermonan ng sonologist, promise, they deal with confused moms all the time, at ang ultrasound measurements nila (head circumference, femur length, etc.) ay actually mas accurate kaysa dates anyway, lalo na if you're already sa third trimester. Just tell your OB and sonologist na hindi mo exact na matandaan, and let the ultrasound do its magic, yan ang point nito. Breathe, mama, you're doing fine!
