Urticaria

I know, super annoying yung kati ng urticaria. Sa mga ganyan, usually antihistamines like Cetirizine or Loratadine ang nire-recommend, pero make sure muna na okay ito for breastfeeding. Minsan, yung cold weather talaga trigger, kaya try mo i-avoid ang malamig na paligid. For quick relief, you can also apply cool compress or hydrocortisone cream to soothe the itching. If hindi pa mawala after a few days, mas okay na magpa-check sa doctor.
