Same experience, my pedia recommended me ibuprofen syrup for pain reliver (taken only if temperature exceeds 38°C) to decrees fever, antibiotic, and medication for cough. Kasi may ubo rin sya nun na time. Best to consult your pedia momsh for better advice. Also my pedia once told me that medicine takes effect 3-5 days max.
