Black spots on Nipple

Hello mommies. ask ko lang po, around 24 weeks nagstart mag leak left breast ko ng Colostrum but nagstop around 26/27 weeks. then I rarely get colostrum leaking from my breasts since then. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant Meron akong parang dark spots maliliit po parang 3 dark spots, color dark brown to black sa left nipple ko. when I touch it I dont really feel it. I think dried colostrum siya, im not sure or clogged duct... i-pick up ko ba yun using may nails or hayaan nalang? or consult nalang kay OB? #firsttimemom #pleasehelp #advicepls #firstbaby #teamdecember2022
