When is the best time to have another baby, after suffering from PPH

Aw mama, that sounds really scary talaga, postpartum hemorrhage is no joke, kaya totally valid ang concern mo. Honestly, this is something you really need to discuss with your OB directly kasi siya lang ang makikita ng buong picture ng recovery mo at kung ano exactly ang nangyari, timing for another baby after PPH is very individual depending on how your uterus healed and kung may lingering issues pa. A few of us mum friends na dumaan sa similar situations, ang OB nila nag-recommend ng longer spacing (some even up to 2-3 years) para fully maka-recover, pero again, it really depends on your specific case, walang one-size-fits-all answer dito mama. Make sure din na may follow-up check-up ka with your doc to confirm na fully recovered na ang uterus mo before even thinking of trying again.
