Hi mama! Maraming nag-attempt ng VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) dito sa Pinas, pero honestly it's pretty hit or miss, some succeed, some nag-emergency CS na lang kasi may complications or labor didn't progress well, kaya talaga importante ma-discuss mo ng detailed ang history mo with your OB, especially since close lang ang spacing ng babies mo (22 months lang). Personally, I'd ask your doctor kung qualified ka ba for VBAC or if scheduled CS ulit ang safer choice for you, because they know your previous CS reason, your uterine scar, and current pregnancy status, ang gawa nila sa first CS mo (classical vs low transverse incision, etc.) makes a big difference sa risk.
