mild bleeding due to low placenta

hi mommies! anyone experienced mild spotting/bleeding 16w? went to gyne & checked, dr said placenta is low, its fine and it will move up.. prescribed with duphaston.. still worried as FTM, any advise is appreciated!! thank you.
