Hmm, could be a few things, sometimes it's the taste or texture of the formula, or maybe dia pun-pun motion sickness from the car ride combined with having milk in the stomach, or even just drinking too fast when rushing before school. Try giving the milk a bit earlier so she's not drinking while moving, and maybe observe if the gagging happens with other drinks too, or check if the formula smell or taste changed recently (sometimes batch differences lah). Since this is happening regularly though, best to mention it to the doctor just to rule out anything else, could be something simple like needing a different milk brand or feeding position, but good to get it checked out properly!
