33weeks @breech position

Aww mama, 33 weeks pa lang kayo so marami pang time para mag-turn ang baby! A few of us moms here had breech babies around that time and some nag-turn on their own by 36-37 weeks pa lang, kaya hindi pa lost cause talaga. Best mo i-discuss agad sa OB mo kung may specific exercises or positions na pwede mong gawin to encourage baby to flip, some doctors suggest pelvic tilts or certain sleeping positions na nakatulong sa amin.
