12 days bleeding

Hi mommies! 3 months postpartum ako, and nagtake ako ng pills this month. First day ng second menstruation ko after giving birth thru cs. Usually 5 days lang ang period ko, pero this time umabot na sya ng 12 days pero paunti unti naman. May nakaexperience na po ba nito? #firsttimemom #advicepls #firstbaby

Hi mama! Yan talaga ang common side effect ng pills especially sa first few months, ang body mo pa lang nag-aadjust sa hormones, kaya ang flow ay mas matagal o mas irregular pa. A few of us tried birth control pills after giving birth and pareho namin experience na ganyan, so hindi ka nag-iisa! That said, since umabot na sya ng 12 days at iba sa normal cycle mo, better check with your OB just to make sure everything's okay, baka kailangan lang i-adjust ang pills mo or check if may iba pang nangyari, pero best na marinig directly from your doc para ma-ease ang mind mo. How are you feeling otherwise naman, physically?
