Hello mommies, 21 weeks na ko today pero napapansin ko palagi ako may discharge, 3x a day ako mag palit ng undiess dahil sa discharge na white minsan yellow. Pero hindi naman sya mukhang cottage cheese.
Uy, totally normal yan! 21 weeks ka na, so the hormonal changes are in full swing, white to slightly yellow discharge na walang weird smell is honestly just your body doing its thing. Someone in my mum group actually said the same thing around that time, and her doctor assured her na as long as it doesn't smell funky or look like cottage cheese (which yours doesn't, good!), she's fine. The increased estrogen is probably why kailangan mo mag-switch ng underwear multiple times a day, honestly, maraming preggy mums go through that din, so you're not alone. Just keep an eye out na walang itchy feeling or bad smell, and if you ever feel concerned, definitely worth a quick check-in with your OB lang para sa peace of mind. But from what you're describing, sounds like normal pregnancy discharge to me!
