Sabar ye dear, 2 bulan memang masa yang tricky, some mums I know went through the same worry. Biasanya at 7-8 weeks, we should see both the baby dan heartbeat, tapi timing of ovulation sometimes throw things off, so your dates might be a bit off from what you think. The important thing is your doctor should do follow-up scan, maybe 1-2 weeks later, to confirm everything's developing okay, if there's a heartbeat then, alhamdulillah, you're absolutely normal. One of my mum friends had this exact scenario and the next scan showed a healthy heartbeat, dia orang relax je after that. But yeah, please check with your own doctor or specialist to rule out anything, sebab dia boleh assess your specific situation better. Fingers crossed for you!

kalau pregnancy ok, xde keluar darah or rasa cramp yg kuat should be normal lg, sbb kdg kita igt kndgn dah 8w tp rupanya bru 6-7w sbb tu xnmpk jnin n jntung. biasa dr akn suruh repeat scan lg 2w. insha'Allah doa byk ii moga kndgn sihat ya
