Gdm & pening

Sayang, GDM + dizziness ni memang perlu check dengan doctor cepat-cepat, terutama kalau pening tu frequent atau teruk, jangan delay! Sebab blood sugar fluctuations boleh buat kita pening, especially after drinking the glucose drink for the test. A few of us mums went through GDM, and the dizziness memang common, tapi kena make sure you're eating properly and staying hydrated. Please go see your doctor or go to the clinic/hospital if you're feeling really unwell, they'll check your blood pressure and blood sugar levels properly. Take care of yourself ya!
