Lepas mucus plug keluar memang normal la, tapi kalau ada darah and brownish discharge camtu, kena monitor closely je sampai betul² contractions datang, some of my mum friends experienced the same and doc kata it can mean baby is coming soon, but timing boleh unpredictable. The false contractions (Braxton Hicks) memang boleh confusing, so track your contractions properly (berapa minit apart, berapa lama) and kalau suddenly jadi stronger, regular, dan sakit terang-terangan, baru head to hospital, jangan tahan² je! Since you're at this stage dah, best to just text or call your doctor/midwife apa yang you're experiencing, takpa kalau rasa macam overreacting, they prefer to know. Rooting for you sis!
