Usually what a few of us do is gradual mixing, start with maybe 75% Nan Ha and 25% Enfagrow for a few days, then slowly increase the Enfagrow ratio until it's fully switched over, takes about a week or two depending on how your baby's tummy handles it. Some babies are okay with a faster transition, pero mas safe yung gradual para hindi upset ang digestive system nila, especially kung sensitive ang stomach ng baby mo.
