Honestly, alam mo, I've seen mas effective yung full-cream milk na may added nutrients, a few of us moms swear by PediaSure or similar brands kasi complete ang vitamins, pero talaga, mas importante pa yung solid food intake niya, like proper meals with protein and healthy fats, hindi lang milk! If nag-worry ka talaga about weight gain, mas-better check with the pedia para sure na healthy ang growth curve niya and walang underlying issues, kasi bawat bata different ang needs.
