I haven't personally dealt with galactoceles pero one of my mum friends had something similar during breastfeeding, what she did was keep expressing regularly (kahit painful muna) and nag-warm compress before feeding para makatulong sa flow. But honestly, this is something you really should check with your OB or lactation consultant agad kasi they need to make sure it's not infected or may ibang issue, especially kung medyo malaki na or hindi pa bumababa, my friend's doctor monitored hers closely.
