Contraction and Pain

Hello mies. I am currently 16 weeks pregnant. Base sa ultrasound ko. May contraction na nakita. Ilang araw na laging sumasakit puson ko at tiyan. Pinag take ako ng isox 3x a day and 2x a dayheragest. Sumasakit ang lowerback ko, minsan may hilab sa tiyan and sumasakit puson ko na para akong magkakaron. Nung nakita ko si baby sa ultrasound sobrang okay niya malikot din siya. May contraction lang na nakita. I am taking my meds and sumasakit pa din. Tinutulog ko nalang kapag ganun. Sobrang nag aalala ako. Weekly naman check up ko. Pero nag aalala pa din ako everytime na nasa bahay ako. Bed rest din ako.. Kayo ba?

Uy, I can really hear the worry in your message, mama. Since you're already on meds and having regular check-ups, that's good, pero if the pain gets worse or sobrang intense, don't wait for your next appointment, okay? Go to emergency na lang para peace of mind mo. At 16 weeks may mga cramps and aches talaga, lalo na if may contractions, a few of my mum friends went through similar scares, and honestly the worry sometimes mas painful pa than the actual cramping. The fact na okay ang baby and active pa siya is really reassuring signs, ha. Keep doing your bed rest, take your meds on time, and try to rest when you can, I know it's hard not to stress, pero your body needs the calm din. Anytime bago ka mag-worry, call your OB, yan ang best mo gawin when you're at home, kasi sila lang talaga makakasiguro kung okay ka. Kaya mo yan, mama.
