Hello mi, ask ko lng kase stressful work ko🥹 mag file po ako early matleave 35weeks kase dun pa lng may time mag start mag nesting at highrisk din po ako Gestational Hypertension. Ask ko lng po if 2 and half months after cs back to work na po ako🥹 kaya na po ba yun commute kase ako at 5 stairs need ko akyat baba at commute po mrt lrt. Di po ba ako mabibinat? Mama, 2.5 months after CS is honestly quite soon pa, lalo na with your high-risk situation and those stairs plus commute, a few of us moms who had CS kailangan namin ng 3-4 months bago comfortable ulit with regular activity kaya please check with your OB about your specific timeline. The gestational hypertension also means your recovery might need extra TLC, so better get clearance from your doctor muna bago mag-commit sa work schedule, since stress and physical demands could affect your healing at pati sa breastfeeding if you're planning na. Kayang kaya mo yan, mama, pero be kind sa sarili mo during recovery, walang rush!
