not advisable ang hilot as per OB pwede kasi magcause ng pagkasira ng matres at ovaries much better consult sa OB para macheck if ano ang problem baka kasi meron ka pong pcos same din sa partner mo sperm count naman sakaniya para mabigyan po kayo both ng proper meds na itake at sabayan lang ng healthy lifestyle at wag mapressure dadating din po iyon sa tamang panahon sa ngayon check niyo po muna ang health niyo 🙂
