Dry skin after giving birth

Aw totoo yan, marami sa amin nag-experience ng ganyan after giving birth, kaya ng hormones at stress sa body huhu! A few of us started using Mama's Choice Face Wash, Face Moisturiser & Face Serum kasi they're safe kahit breastfeeding ka pa, and talagang nakatulong sa dryness namin within a few weeks. One of my mum friends swears na sobrang game-changer for her, especially combined with drinking lots of water and getting whatever sleep you can, haha. Try to also avoid hot water masyado pag nag-shower, and moisturize agad after habang slightly damp pa yung skin, big difference talaga! Kaya mo yan mama, it does get better.
