Hi mga mumsh, ask lang po pwede po ba pag sabayin ang Heme-up at ferrous sulfate? Bale morning ang heme-up at pang night ang ferrous. Nag collapsed po kasi ako kahapon and dinala sa hospi, findings is mababa daw po ang Hemoglobin ko which is 95 lang. Ang normal daw po is nasa 100 above. And nag reseta sakin ang doctor ng multivitamins and Heme-up. Since ang dati ko na naman pong iniinom is ferrous ng 2x day. Pwede po kaya Heme-up and ferrous sulfate?

But honestly, since nag-collapse ka na and may prescription na from your doctor, kailangan mo talaga mag-check with them first before mixing anything, kahit timing lang, kasi alam nila exactly ano na-prescribe at ano na-take mo na before, at baka may specific reason kung bakit yan lang ang binigay nila. A few of us moms tried combining supplements on our own thinking we're helping, pero mas safe talaga to follow the doctor's exact orders, especially pag anemia na at nag-collapse na.
