Head and shoulders shampoo while pregnant

Head and Shoulders is generally considered okay during pregnancy kasi yung active ingredient niya (zinc pyrithione) ay hindi fully absorbed ng scalp, pero better safe than sorry, I'd still run it by your OB just to be sure, especially if you're worried, kasi every pregnancy is different din naman. A few of us pregnant moms use it without issues, pero some of my friends switched to gentler options lang para ma-peace of mind nila completely throughout pregnancy. What made you ask, dandruff problem ba or just being extra careful?
