I don't have the exact CS package price for Perpetual Help kasi it changes, but best to call their billing department directly, they're usually helpful on the phone, or you can ask your OB's clinic kung may package deal sila with the hospital. A few of us tried asking during our BPS appointment itself and they gave us the breakdown right there, which helped us decide faster!
