HOSPITAL DOCUMENTS

Hey mama, oo pwede mo i-request yan sa hospital directly, most hospitals have records department na nag-handle ng document requests, usually may form ka fill-out or pwede ka lang mag-follow up sa billing/admin office nila. A few of my mum friends got their soft copies within a few days, pero depende sa hospital kung gaano kabilis ang processing; best to ask kung may fee pa para sa digital copy kasi sometimes may bayad sila for that.
