Eden cheddar is generally okay for babies 8 months and up, pero since it's a processed cheese kailangan mong i-check yung sodium content, some cheddar brands can be quite salty for little ones. A few of us moms try to go for low-sodium options or mix it with other foods para hindi masyadong concentrated, at lagi kaming nag-introduce ng small amounts first to check kung walang reaction.
