Aww momsh, I think ang message mo ay naputol hehe, pero get ko, may tahi ka and nabasag ang part sa entrance/door area? Puwede mong i-contact yung landlord or property management right away para i-repair nila, kasi yan ay parte ng structural integrity ng bahay at dapat nila i-ayos especially if it's a rental. One of my mum friends had the same issue at sinigurado niya na documented lahat through photos and written messages just in case kailangan niya ng proof later!
