hi mga momsh im currently 37 weeks and may braxton hicks nako nafefeel last week but recently konting galaw ko lang is parang sumusuong si baby sa pelvic area ko medyo painful siya mga few seconds lang , okay lang po ba yun?

Hi momsh! Yan talaga ang normal na nangyayari towards the end ng pregnancy, the baby's dropping into the pelvis para mag-ready for delivery, kaya may pressure and slight pain ka, lalo na pag gumagalaw siya or nag-shift ng position. A few of us mums experienced the same thing around 37 weeks and it was just the baby engaging, pero since you're already having Braxton Hicks and this pelvic pressure, mas safe na i-check mo na lang with your OB para ma-confirm everything's progressing well, better to be sure, diba?
