Momsh, this is really something you need to discuss urgently with your OB kasi ang hemoglobin levels during pregnancy with twins ay importante talaga, hindi kami dapat mag-advise on this one. Please don't wait pa, contact your doctor right away or go to your hospital para ma-assess kayo properly, they'll know exactly what's best for you and your babies. Sending prayers your way, mama!
