Delay period
Hello mga momsh ask ko lang kung may same case ako, after birth ko kase cs ako , 8 months si baby nagkamens nako july 8 , then ngayon august na dipa din ako nagkakaperiod . Normal lang ba na madelay dahil pure BF ako . Sana masagot thankyou po
Ay oo momsh, super normal yan especially kung pure breastfeeding ka pa! A few of us sa friend group namin na same situation, some didn't get their period for over a year kasi ang saya ng breastfeeding hormones, talaga. Since CS ka pa lang at 8 months postpartum, your body is probably still regulating, lalo na kung direct BF ang bata, it suppresses ovulation talaga. Hindi ka lang nag-iisa sa feeling na ito, marami sa amin nakaexperience ng same delay, pero kung gusto mo ng peace of mind or may other symptoms na nakakaaliw, better to check with your OB lang para ma-rule out anything else at malaman ang status mo properly.
