Mama, please go see your OB or go to the hospital na ngayon na, hindi na dapat maghintay pa, especially with the pain, tightening, at baby being large. These signs need proper checking right away, ha. Alam mo, a few of us moms went through similar and the doctors said it's better to check in person kasi 40 weeks is the time to be sure everything is okay with induction or delivery. Don't worry, you're in good hands once you get there. Ingat ka and praying for you!
