Bug bites repellant, prevention and cure.

Ay nako, I feel you, those bites are so annoying talaga, lalo na pag itchy na itchy ang kids! From what we've tried with our circle of mums, the best prevention pa rin is mosquito nets on windows and doors, plus spraying the corners and under furniture ng insecticide in the morning before kids wake up (not just before bed kasi the bugs are already inside by then); we also keep a small fan running sa bedroom para hindi interested ang mosquitoes mag-settle. For the actual bites, calamine lotion or hydrocortisone cream works fast to stop the itch, and some of my mum friends swear by applying toothpaste or a paste of baking soda at tulog na para di ma-scratch ng kids overnight, sounds silly pero it really helps!
