Hi mommy! From what I know, collagen supplements and contraceptive pills don't really interact with each other, pero honestly this is one of those things best checked with your OB just to be sure, bawat brand ng pills at supplement formulation can be different, kaya mas makakatulog ka ng mahimbing if doc confirms it's okay for your specific situation. A few of us mums take collagen for skin and hair, pero we always cleared it with our doctors first, especially since we're on pills. Better safe than sorry talaga when it comes to our health, di ba?
