Smartwatch with censor

Hi mama! Honestly, I think smartwatches are generally okay during pregnancy, a lot of the moms sa mommy group ko are wearing them throughout, no issues. The sensors naman are designed to be safe and the radiation levels are super low, pero if you're worried talaga, better to check with your OB just to be sure, especially since you want peace of mind for your baby. Some of us just wear ours normally and haven't had any problems, but your doctor knows your pregnancy best, kaya go ahead at ask during your next checkup!
