Gums bleeding

Uy, totally normal yan! A few of us moms experienced the same thing around that time, it's the hormones kasi, nag-increase ang blood flow everywhere including sa gums, so mas sensitive sila at mas madaling mag-bleed kahit minor lang ang irritation. The good news is it's not something to worry about, pero it's best to be extra careful with brushing (soft toothbrush lang!) and flossing gently, at kung kaya mo, maybe schedule a professional cleaning with your dentist para ma-remove ang plaque buildup, maraming moms na nag-swear na nakatulong talaga yun. Definitely worth mentioning to your OB or dentist sa next visit mo para ma-monitor lang, just to be safe!
