Milk for preggy

Honestly, hindi ko pa natry ang Bonina specifically kaya hindi ako makakatulong dito! A few of us from my mum group use different brands like Anmum or Femilak, pero kung interested ka talaga sa Bonina, I'd suggest asking your OB or some other preggy friends who've actually used it, they'll give you better feedback based on experience namin. What matters most is you're getting enough calcium and nutrients for baby anyway!
