Storing of pumped breastmilk from work

Hi mga mommies, question lang po about proper storage of breastmilk. Sa mga working mommies natin dito pano po kayo nagsstore ng pump milk from work? Wala po kase akong idea as a first time mom if tama po ba ginagawa ko for the last two days kakabalik ko lang po sa work and i use bottle storage po pero nabasa ko po na bawal siya ilagay sa freezer so sa baba na part lang po ng ref ko nilalagay tapos pag uuwi na po binabyahe ko siya ng two hrs max gamit insulated bag with two ice bricks and nililipat sa breastmilk bag tas iffreezer po. Okay yan ang ginagawa ko din with my pumped milk at lahat ng nanay friends ko! The bottle storage thing is okay for the fridge during your workday, tapos once you're home and transfer to breastmilk bags for freezing, that's the safe way to do it, your two-hour travel time with ice bricks is perfect, honestly. A few of us actually prefer the breastmilk bags kaya mas tipid sa freezer space din. But I'd double-check with your OB or pediatrician just to be sure about the exact guidelines, especially since storage rules can vary slightly, better safe than sorry with baby's food, diba?
