No signs of labor

Aaaw sis, I feel you talaga, two weeks overdue is really frustrating and I know 2cm pa lang feels like forever! A few of us went past our due dates din, and honestly the waiting was the hardest part emotionally. Pls check in with your OB asap about what's best next, because at 40w+ 4d kailangan na talaga ng professional guidance whether it's induction, monitoring, or something else. In the meantime, try walking (seryoso, nakatulong sa ilang friends ko), stay hydrated, and be gentle sa sarili mo, your body will do its thing soon, I promise. Hugs!
