Microwave Oven

Hello mga mommies, is this info misleading? I am 19 weeks pregnant and been using Microwave oven since day 1 to make sure my meal is always steaming hot to kill bacterias— anyone here na okay naman po ang baby? Thank you

Girl, you're doing great, microwaves are totally safe during pregnancy, and honestly, a lot of us do the same thing para sa food safety! The heat from the microwave kills bacteria just like a regular oven would, so your baby is perfectly fine with what you've been doing. If you ever feel worried about anything during pregnancy though, it's always good to check in with your OB just to have peace of mind, pero this is definitely not something to stress about.
