Supplements for breastmilk?

Mga mommies, ilang months po kayo nung nag take kayo ng supplements for breastmilk (if you did take)? I'm 8 mos pregnant po and will ask my OB next check up kung pwede nako mag take ng M2 malunggay and/or Natalac. PS: I'm considering supplements kasi medyo mahirap po makakuha ng malunggay levaes in our area at hindi rin po ako madalas makapagluto ng mga may sabaw.

as per natalac, you can take it 2 weeks before giving birth. i took it after giving birth.

ahehe. after 2 days. effort tlga. unlilatch and deep latch ni baby ang magpapalabas pa rin ng milk. pero may mommies na walang effort, kahit walang galactagogue supplements.
