9 weeks having bleeding

hi mga mommies I was having bleeding yesterday, and it stopped later today bumalik ang bleeding kasi na hulog ako sa duyan namin pero dinaman mashadong layu pagka bump ko pero medjo kay impact should i be concern? i have been positive with all the pts i owned
