Hi mga mommies, ask lang po sa may mga experience na. Kapag po ba employed ka, Need mo pa din mag submit ng DAEM? or si employer na din po gagawa non? (Since as far as i know iaadvance po ni employer ung benefit ko 30 days prior ng giving birth ko.) Thank you po! ☺️

Hi mama! From what I understand, since your employer is advancing your maternity benefit 30 days before, they should be the one handling the DAEM submission, pero honestly, I'd double-check with your HR department para sure, kasi bawat company may kanya-kanyang process talaga! A few of my mum friends who were employed said their HR took care of everything, pero one of them still had to submit some documents herself, so better safe than sorry na lang, call your company's benefits team or HR and ask directly kung ano exactly ang kailangan mong gawin, para walang hassle pa when you're about to give birth na.
