Riding Motorcycle

Ay mama, alam ko yan! Honestly, marami sa circle ko na nag-motorcycle pa during pregnancy, pero most of us, pag naging pregnant na, binawi na talaga. The thing is, it's not so much na ang riding itself ang problem, it's the risk ng accidents, which are honestly quite high on bikes, lalo na sa traffic natin dito. One of my friends who's an OB nurse always reminds us na kahit safe driver ka, hindi mo kontrolado ang iba, kaya hindi worth the gamble lalo na ngayon na 8 weeks ka pa lang with a lot of weeks ahead pa. Plus, yung abrupt acceleration at speed changes can trigger contractions din, which is scary at ganitong stage pa. Better safe talaga, pwede ka mag-Grab, mag-taxi, o mag-ask sa partner or family para mag-drive. I know it's inconvenient, pero mama mo lang at baby mo yon worth protecting for the next few months. Definitely ask your OB din para sa peace of mind, they'll give you clearer guidance based sa condition mo. Ingat always, mama!
