sa amin ang advice ng pedia yung convenient time for both me( since ako nagpapaligo) and baby. what worked for us is bath between 10-11am. nakapagpaaraw na sya, nakanap and nakbreakfast amd rest na ako for a bit and in time for another nap, presko na sya. ( cs 2017)
