Breastfeeding to Formula milk

Hi mga momma, can you give me any tips on how to transition from breastfeeding to formula milk successfully? I have been breastfeeding for 11 months now and I have to start working in 2 months time and so I need to train my baby who is 1 year old in 1 month so MIL won't have any trouble.
