Hi mama! Totally normal yan, don't worry. Milia or milk spots ay super common sa newborns, honestly, about half of babies get them, so you're not alone. The good news is, walang kailangan gawin, they'll disappear on their own lang within a few weeks or so, no treatment needed talaga. A few of us mums just left ours as is at nag-disappear na lang, so best thing is to resist the urge to pick or squeeze (I know, mahirap!) and just let baby's skin do its thing. Observe lang if there are other concerns, pero ang milk spots same yung alam ko, purely cosmetic lang and harmless. Hang in there, mag-clear na yan before you know it!
