Hay, mama, I'd really suggest you bring your little one (or yourself?) to the doctor para sure kung ano talaga yan, rashes can be so many things, at kailangan ng proper check-up para ma-identify. Once the doc confirms what it is, they'll tell you exactly what to do! I know it's worrying, pero better safe than sorry talaga with skin stuff.
