Aww mama, congrats on going back to work, yan ang laban natin! For the exact mixing ratio and how long the prepared formula stays fresh, check the back ng Nido box talaga, lagi nandoon ang instructions, kasi brand-specific siya. But generally, once mixed, dapat within 2 hours lang i-use mo kung room temperature, or pwedeng i-refrigerate for a few hours; your pediatrician can confirm exactly how long para sa Nido 1-3. Marami sa amin ang nag-start ng bottle feeding, totally doable, ikaw yan, mama!
